Inspect your dental cast to ensure it’s in good condition. We don’t recommend using existing casts, as they may not reflect your current dental structure or may have imperfections. If you have concerns, email us with a photo for assistance.

Receive your shipping container
Browse our range of dental appliances and select the one that fits your needs. Choose the “Send my existing cast” option at checkout, and we’ll send you a secure shipping container with padding to safely hold your cast.
3.
pack and return your cast
Carefully place your existing cast in the container using the provided padding. Follow the included instructions, then return the container using the prepaid shipping label for convenience.

Digital Replication
Once we receive your cast, our technicians will use advanced 3D scanning technology to create an accurate digital model of your teeth, ensuring precise details for your custom appliance.
5.
Custom Crafting
In 2-3 working days, our skilled technicians will craft your custom retainer tailored to your dental structure using only FDA and CE-certified materials. Your 3D digital scan will be securely stored for easy reordering in the future.
