Yes, if you have ordered an appliance before, you can order a different type without needing a new impression from the “Reorder” category. You’re also eligible for discounted pricing as a returning customer.
The discounted price is only for returning customers reordering with the same impressions used in their previous order. If you need to take a new impression, you are not eligible for the discount and must place your order under the “New Impression” category.
We charge the same price because we need to ensure that your existing cast is in good condition; if not, we may have to sculpt it again in our software.
